Refund Policy – G1 Mobile
A legal disclaimer
1. General Provisions
At G1 Mobile, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. This policy sets the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds, in compliance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC – Law nº 8.078/1990).
2. Right of Withdrawal
According to Brazilian law, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of product receipt, provided that:

The phone is in perfect condition, with no signs of use.

The product is returned in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and invoice (nota fiscal).
In this case, a full refund will be issued, including the product cost and shipping fees. -
3. Refund and Return Cases

We accept returns in the following situations:

Factory defect: Within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the phone or issue a full refund.

Damaged during transport: The customer must notify G1 Mobile within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Wrong product received: If the delivered model does not match the order, we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Customers must send an email to suporte@g1mobile.com.br including:

Order number;
-
Full name and CPF;

Reason for return;

Evidence (photos or videos, if applicable).
Our team will reply within 48 business hours with instructions for returning the product.

What is included in the Refund Policy

Credit card payments: The refund will be requested immediately and may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on the bank or card issuer.

PIX or boleto bancário payments: The refund will be processed within 10 business days to the account provided by the customer.
Exclusions from Refund Policy
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

Phones with signs of use, physical or technical damage caused by misuse.

Missing original accessories or packaging.
-
Repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.
